This is the pure Apple Silicon MLX port of inclusionAI/Ming-3.0-tts-0.5b in BFloat16 (Full Precision).

Weight Format: Pure MLX safetensors (3.08 GB)
Acoustic Engine: Native mx.fft.irfft + MLX Overlap-Add (zero NumPy/PyTorch vocoder runtime dependency)
Token Protocol: Fixed ChatML <|im_end|> instruction EOS token contract
Attention: Exact Qwen2 sliding_window=64 audio decoder attention alignment
