SNEX-V1 workplace

Backup space for the SNEX-V1 build (Sage-A1.5 + a trimmed Nex-N2.5-mini task vector). Contents are unvalidated merge candidates and intermediates (BF16 / Q8_0 / Q4_K_M / imatrix), each with a sha256 manifest. Nothing here is a release. The release repo will carry the card, measurements and signed tiers.
