Summary
ThoxMini-125M-role is the device-role model for the ThoxMini persona: a full fine-tune of a THOX base model on a THOX-authored corpus of 1,565 device-role and chat turns. It runs on a paired host today; ThoxMini on-device support is pending a recorded test pass. It answers local commands and defers everything else to the host rather than inventing it.

Intended use
- Device-persona assistant for ThoxMini on a paired host: local commands, status answers, and deferral of anything beyond the device role.
- Out of scope: medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions without human review; unattended control of physical devices without a confirmation step.
Training data and procedure
THOX fine-tune of Thox-ai/thox-micro-125m. The corpus and procedure are described in this card as published at release (see Summary and Evaluation); no training beyond what this card describes is claimed for this repository.
Evaluation
No THOX GATE49 result is published for this model. On prompts held out of the training corpus, the model deferred on company-fact questions with zero fabrications and no training-scrape leakage; in-corpus device commands answer correctly.
Limitations
- Two known defects: device-specific wording is wrong in places (it says "the key" where it should say "the mini"), and it over-defers on identity (asked who it is, it defers instead of naming itself). Neither defect fabricates; both are corpus gaps with a recorded fix path.
- A 125M model: short, shallow answers by design.
- Not yet qualified on ThoxMini device hardware.
