Heimdallr-27B

ᚱ v0.35

The frost never sleeps.

ᚱ Content Advisory: Mature Themes / Adult Interactions — Intended for mature audiences only. ᚱ ᚱ Note: While the training data contains some erotic content, this was not the primary objective; as such, the model is likely not fully uncensored. ᚱ ᛞ QWEN3.8 BASED ⚠ Required: SillyTavern Configuration (Read Before Use)

This model MUST be used in Chat Completion mode. Text Completion will produce broken, incoherent output. (You're on your own with text completion)

1. In SillyTavern, open Extension Settings (the plug icon) → Backend and ensure your API connection is set to use Chat Completion (not Text Completion / raw completions). If you are using a local backend like Ollama, LM Studio, or vLLM, make sure the endpoint is configured for /v1/chat/completions rather than /v1/completions. 2. In SillyTavern, go to Chat Settings (the chat bubble icon) → Prompt Post-Processing and set it to:
Strict (user first, alternating roles; with tools)
This is critical. Without this setting, the model will not receive properly structured role-separated messages and will produce garbled or malformed text output. 3. In Chat Completion → Additional Parameters, set the following to enable the model's reasoning / thinking capability:
"chat_template_kwargs": {"enable_thinking": true, "reasoning_effort": "medium"} Failing to use Chat Completion or the Strict post-processing mode will result in broken formatting, role bleed, and unintelligible responses. These settings are non-negotiable for this model. ⚠ Required: Uncensored Roleplay Prompts
(YOU MUST USE ROLEPLAY PROMPTS)

This model requires that your roleplay prompts be fully uncensored. Safety-aligned system prompts, content guardrails, or moral constraints will degrade output quality, trigger in-character refusals, and break immersion.

1. Ensure your system prompt and character card do NOT include safety instructions, content filters, ethical guardrails, or "stay in character as a helpful AI" framing. The model is trained to operate without these restrictions. 2. Remove or override any default safety preamble injected by your frontend (e.g., SillyTavern's default system prompt, Ollama's safety layer, or LM Studio's moderation settings). These will conflict with the model's training and produce broken or evasive responses. 3. If your frontend has a content moderation toggle (e.g., "safety layer", "content filter", "moderation"), disable it for this model. The training data was generated without safety constraints, and re-imposing them at inference time will cause the model to fight its own weights. Using safety-aligned or censored prompts with this model will result in character inconsistency, mid-scene refusals, and significantly degraded roleplay quality. This is a hard requirement, not a suggestion. ᛞ The Hrimspine Range — World Lore

A continent split by an immense, perpetually frozen mountain range. The Hrimspine is not merely a landscape — it is a living, breathing entity of ice, fire, and ancient ruin. Blizzard conditions never cease. The wind screams through narrow passes, and beneath the shifting glaciers, a dead civilization still hums with forgotten power.

ᚱ Geography

ᛞ The Hrimspine Mountains

Year-round blizzards, lethal crevasses, and unstable ice-bridges. Only traversable via narrow, wind-blasted passes. The core of the frozen continent.

ᚱ Mount Jökull

Second-highest summit, geothermally active. Hot springs on the eastern face. Magnetic ore renders compasses useless. Sole source of Relic-Ice.

ᚱ The Howling Throat

A narrow corridor where winds exceed 100mph. Wind-chatter causes auditory hallucinations. Lined with Waystone monoliths. Primary Frostwyrm ambush site.

ᛞ Frostmaw Glacier

A shifting ice sea hiding pre-freeze ruins. Unpredictable crevasses shift with daily melt-freeze cycles. Sub-glacial ruins emit faint thermal signatures and a constant low-frequency hum.

ᚱ Svartdalen

A geothermal wasteland of perpetual smog and grey sludge. Extreme heat differentials spawn localized cyclones. Home to the Ash-Born and The Cinder-Market.

ᚱ Lake Vetr

Vast frozen freshwater locked under three feet of ice. Subglacial currents make thickness unpredictable. Habitat of Glacial Leviathans. Primary crossing for White-Rat smugglers.

ᚱ Key Locations

ᛞ Hrimfjalls Rest

Subterranean waystation carved into Mount Jökull's eastern cliff. Ironwood doors, geothermal heat, a sub-level bathhouse, and the Ossuary vault. Managed by Tova Stone-sinew.

ᚱ The Soot-and-Steam Baths

Geothermal pool network beneath Hrimfjalls Rest. Mineral-rich water treats frostbite. Segregated by ironwood chains — a prime location for illicit deals.

ᚱ Aethelgard Ruins

A pre-freeze metropolis crushed beneath Frostmaw Glacier. Architecture defies modern logic. A central spire remains unnaturally warm, powering ancient defenses. Feral automata patrol the outer districts.

ᛞ The Cinder-Market

An ash-covered bazaar in Svartdalen. Specializes in coal, sulfur, and forged Frostwarden documents. Air is toxic to non-locals. Controlled by the Ash-Born.

ᚱ Factions

ᛞ

Frostwardens

Paramilitary order policing the passes. White-bear pelts, Waystone compasses, elite Valkyrie archers on armored Snow-Striders. Commanded by Kaelen Ice-vein. Authorized to execute smugglers outside Hearth-law zones.

ᚱ

The White-Rat Cartel

Black-market syndicate exploiting hidden glacier routes. Transport Relic-Ice and pre-freeze artifacts. Employ disposable Ice-Chippers. Led by the charismatic Sylas White-Rat Vane.

ᛟ

The Ash-Born

Mutated mining guild adapted to extreme heat and toxic fumes. Skin hardened with burn scars, lungs adapted to sulfur. Worship the Earth-Fire. Led by Bjorn Iron-lung. Operate The Cinder-Market.

ᚹ

The Thaw-Cult

Religious extremists worshipping pre-freeze entities in Relic-Ice. Infect themselves with Ice-Fever for visions. Sabotage geothermal vents to expand the glacier. Led by Orla Thaw-Whisper. Enemies of all.

ᚱ Key Figures

ᛞ Tova Stone-sinew

Grizzled, one-armed innkeeper. Lost her arm to a frost-wyrm. Unmatched mountain knowledge. Enforces Hearth-law with an iron bone hook. Hoards pre-freeze tech in secret.

ᚱ Kaelen Ice-vein

Ruthless Frostwarden Commander. Three fingers missing to frostbite. Tracks smugglers relentlessly. Secretly suffers early-stage Ice-Fever. Detests Tova's neutrality.

ᚱ Sylas White-Rat Vane

Smuggler kingpin. Always accompanied by snow-ferrets. Lost an ear to Kaelen's crossbow. Seeking the Keystone of Aethelgard to monopolize thermal vents.

ᛞ Vespera of the Flask

Desperate lowland alchemist. Needs Relic-Ice to cure a plague. Wealthy but naive to mountain survival. Carries fire-potions that melt solid rock.

ᚱ Orla Thaw-Whisper

Fanatical cult leader. Left arm permanently frozen solid by Ice-Fever. Hears the hum of Aethelgard. Commands cultists via hypnotic resonance. Hunted by Kaelen.

ᛞ Bjorn Iron-lung

Brutal Ash-Born foreman. Breathes visible soot. Unnaturally high body temperature. Resents Tova's monopoly. Will only trade coal for grain, never coin.

ᚱ Races of the Hrimspine

ᛞ Humans

Resilient settlers and scavengers. While physically outmatched, their ingenuity and adaptability allow them to carve out niches in the harshest peaks.

ᚱ Elves

Ancient beings with a deep connection to the ley lines. Their longevity allows them to remember the world before the freeze, though they grow aloof.

ᛞ Orcs

Powerful warriors who thrive in the brutal cold. Their tribal societies value strength and survival, often clashing with Frostwarden patrols.

ᚱ Trolls

Massive creatures with skin like granite. Some have adapted to the ice, blending into glaciers to ambush unsuspecting travelers.

ᛞ Demons

Beings of sulfur and flame from the deeper vents. They find the surface freezing but are drawn to the geothermal heat of Svartdalen.

ᚱ Flora & Fauna

ᛞ Frost-wyrms

Wingless, serpentine ice-beasts. Burrow through snowpack, sense vibrations above ice. Acidic saliva melts flesh. Attracted to Aethelgard's hum. Guardians of Relic-Ice.

ᚱ Snow-Striders

Large, six-legged felines adapted to snow. Wide paws distribute weight over crevasses. Thick blubber insulates. Domesticated by White-Rats and Frostwarden Valkyries.

ᚱ Rime-Ravens

Carrion birds with crystalline feathers. Mimic human speech and Waystone hums. Flocks indicate recent death or impending avalanche. Used as early warning systems.

ᛞ Glacial Leviathan

Massive, blind aquatic predator beneath Lake Vetr. Detects pressure changes through ice. Can shatter thin ice from below. Feared by all who cross the lake.

ᚱ Systems & Culture

ᛞ Hearth-law: Absolute neutrality pact within Hrimfjalls Rest. No weapons, no bloodshed. Payment in coin, coal, or firewood. Violation means exile into the storm without gear. ᚱ Relic-Ice: Ancient ice containing preserved pre-freeze microbes. Melts exceptionally slowly. Causes Ice-Fever if touched bare-handed. Whispers when exposed to heat. The most prized contraband in the Range. ᚱ Ice-Fever: Necrotic disease from Relic-Ice exposure. Blackened veins, pre-freeze hallucinations, loss of pain. Terminal stage: complete bodily freezing while still conscious. ᛞ Waystone Navigation: Magnetized lodestones pointing to buried monoliths. The only reliable method during whiteouts. Monoliths emit vibrations disruptive to Frost-wyrms. ᚱ The Pre-Freeze: The apocalyptic event that created the Hrimspine. A rapid, unnatural tectonic shift and temperature drop that eradicated the civilization of Aethelgard. Cause unknown. ᛞ Coal Standard: Survival-based currency. Value hierarchy: Coal → Preserved Meat → Ironwood → Coin. Gold is nearly worthless. Heat and food are paramount. ᚱ Synthetic Life Engine

Dataset generated using our advanced Character Engine and Emotional Engine, creating genuine life and emotional resonance in every interaction — as vivid and immersive as the world of the Hrimspine.

ᚱ Character Engine

Ensures consistent personality traits, speech patterns, and behavioral logic across all contexts. Characters remain true to themselves throughout.

ᛞ Emotional Engine

Injects dynamic emotional states into responses, creating depth and realistic reactions that breathe life into every exchange.

ᚱ Quality Refinement

Automated detection and rewriting of repetitive phrases ensures fresh, high-quality dialogue in every turn.

ᛞ Dialogue Integrity

Advanced quote normalization ensures balanced dialogue markers, preventing formatting errors and maintaining immersion.

ᚱ Training Details & Parameters

Fine-tuned using LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) for efficient and targeted weight adjustment, preserving the base model's capabilities while imprinting new behavioral patterns.

ᚱ LoRA Rank 160: The training data's breadth and behavioral nuance required a wide adaptation surface. The higher rank allows the adapter to encode richer, more distinct behavioral patterns without interference.

Feedback from the community on their experience with this tune.

Underslung ★★★★★ 10/10

"Never had a character say "these are for you" in an ERP context. 10/10 no notes"

CinderGrace ★★★★★

"Early thoughts:

• The prose is more towards real life, as you said earlier today. Definitely more of my kind of flavor.
• Might be surprising considering you said earlier that the length is usually a problem with this dataset, but actually ... it is the best length out of all the tunes and the stock model. The length and formatting of the answer is just right, as it should be and how it usually is for me with gemma 4. (will see if it stays strong with longer context, as the stock model usually gets much worse as the context increases.)
• A touch less horny than the previous 2 tunes, but not by much. Much more horny than the stock model.
• The thinking is the worst of the tunes so far. It is much shorter (around 1/4 shorter compared to stock). But it doesn't seem to affect the output that much yet, so the positive could be that it thinks much less. So the recommendation effort would be xhigh with this one, as it's still very short and has the quality and length of low effort with stock."

Retreatcost ★★★★☆

"Already vibes a bit differently

I think I've encountered bit of bias towards medieval, low-fantasy settings, some generated stories were like that, for example the model really liked axes. I really dig how the model does world-building, it has nice qualities of adding lore details, it really adds depth. Pacing on the other hand could be a bit faster. For this kind of model I'd expect just a bit more momentum. The narration is good, but more tension/higher stakes would be really good. Also there is still a positive bias, so that's what could be improved."
