QcartoonV1: Universal IP Chibi Stylization LoRA This LoRA is designed for Q-version (Chibi Style) character transformation. Based on the Qwen-Image-Edit-2511 base model, it enables a high-precision "One-Click Q-ification" for any IP character, ranging from realistic photography to complex anime styles.

Model Description The model utilizes a Contrastive Pair (Start-End Logic) training strategy. Unlike standard Text-to-Image models, QcartoonV1 focuses on structural reshaping—transforming original body proportions into a coordinated Chibi head-to-body ratio while perfectly preserving core features such as:

Color Palettes

Signature Accessories (hats, backpacks, etc.)

Character Expressions

Training Set: 65 high-precision contrastive pairs (130 images)
