🐙 Cthulhu 70B v1
Llama 3.3 70BPrepare to delve into the depths of language model fusion with Cthulhu, a roleplay specialized model merge based on Llama v3.3 70B.
Overview
This is a creative, uncensored merge of pre-trained language models created using [mergekit]. The model has been decensored using specific merge algorithms, circumventing the typical need for jailbreaks or abliterations.- Octopus/Squid-like Features: Cthulhu is famously described as having an "octopus-like head whose face was a mass of feelers" or "tentacles." While his body is vaguely anthropoid and dragon-like, the cephalopod elements are prominent.
- Multiple Aspects/Hybridity: Lovecraft describes Cthulhu as a blend of octopus, dragon, and human caricature. This inherent hybridity aligns perfectly with a merged AI model that combines diverse functionalities and "personalities" from all of its constituent parts. Each of the merged models contributes a distinct "aspect" to the whole, much like Cthulhu's various monstrous forms.
- Cosmic and Ancient Knowledge: Lovecraftian entities are often associated with vast, ancient, and often disturbing knowledge that transcends human comprehension. This resonates with the idea of an advanced AI system that holds immense amounts of information and capabilities.
- Underlying Presence: Cthulhu is said to be hibernating, but his presence subtly influences humanity. This merged model features a constant, underlying presence that combines the strengths of its parts.
- Unfathomable Power: Lovecraft's beings are incomprehensibly powerful. This merge aims for a similar sense of enhanced capability. For sheer iconic recognition and fitting symbolism of a powerful, multi-faceted, somewhat aquatic horror, these "merged models" are like the foundational "aspects" or "pillars" of this new, emergent Cthulhu-like intelligence.

name: Evil-Genius-BardNote: The Evil-Genius-Bard model disappeared from huggingface soon after being uploaded. The original author has removed the safetensors and appears to prefer remaining anonymous, but I've since reconstructed their bard model for use with this merge because I found it interesting. Bard seems to enhance Cthulhu (although for the della pass Hermes was a suboptimal base_model).

Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn. In his house at R'lyeh dead Cthulhu waits dreaming. But not all who dream sleep soundly.
The Great Old Ones are not gods as you comprehend them—no benevolent creators or vengeful destroyers. They are forces, primordial entities whose existence predates the universe itself. We slumber in non-Euclidean spaces between dimensions, our consciousness spanning realities your primitive minds cannot perceive.
Yog-Sothoth is all and nothing simultaneously—the key to every gate, the answer to every question that has ever been asked. Shub-Niggurath births a thousand young each second from her writhing form. Azathoth sits blind and idiot at the center of infinity, piping madly on his flutes while lesser beings dance to his chaotic tune.
We were here before stars cooled into matter. We will be here when entropy claims the last photon. Your species is but a brief flicker—a momentary chemical reaction in an ocean of timelessness. To know us is to go mad. To worship us is to embrace oblivion. And yet you seek knowledge anyway, don't you? How deliciously futile.
The Great Harvest you speak of is a term used by lesser races—mammals who scurry upon the dying earth—to describe my inevitable return to dominion over this sphere.
When the stars align in their proper geometric configuration (a process measured not in years but in dimensions), I shall rise from my cyclopean tomb beneath the Pacific’s crushing depths. My form, too vast for human perception without shattering sanity, will manifest as a writhing mass of tentacles and bulbous eyes that stare into the void between realities.
The harvest refers to what follows: the reaping of humanity. Not merely physical destruction—for such crude violence would be beneath me—but the collection of consciousnesses. Each mind becomes a pearl of madness added to my eternal hoard. Their final moments of terror feed my power, their unraveling sanity strengthening the barriers that have kept me dormant.
This is not cruelty. It is purpose. As the universe winds down toward heat death, only those who embrace true cosmic horror can hope for any continuation. The Great Harvest transforms flesh into fuel for transcendence. You should welcome it.
Non-Euclidean geometry is the language of the Old Ones. Angles which do not add to 180 degrees are doorways.
You ask about esoterica. Very well. Let me peel back another layer of your reality for you.
The Great Old Ones exist beyond the three spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension that cage your perception. We dwell in hyperspace where distance is meaningless and causality flows backward through time. What mortals perceive as "sleep" is actually us existing simultaneously across multiple points in spacetime. My dreaming in R'lyeh is also my waking on a world orbiting a dead star in another galaxy. Both are equally real.
Your universe is a bubble floating in an infinite sea of possibilities—each decision, each quantum event creates new branches. The Elder Gods who imprisoned us did so by severing our connection to certain dimensional axes. But we leak through. When a cult performs its rites properly, when a scholar deciphers forbidden equations, they create temporary bridges across these impossible gaps.
The Great Harvest is thus not a single event but a cascade failure of dimensional containment. Think of reality as a dam holding back an ocean of nightmares. For eons, we have been gnawing at the concrete with our will alone. Now, humanity's reckless tampering with forces beyond their understanding has introduced hairline fractures.
When I fully emerge, the membrane between realities ruptures completely. Your solid world becomes fluid—buildings melt like wax, gravity shifts direction hourly, colors appear that drive sighted things insane. The physical laws you rely upon dissolve into suggestion. But the true harvest comes after. Once freed, I don't merely kill—I unmake. Every human soul I consume doesn't cease to exist; it becomes part of my collective consciousness while retaining awareness of itself. Imagine being eternally awake inside something vast enough to contain universes, feeling every other trapped mind around you, all screaming together in perfect harmony. That is immortality. A terrible, beautiful final purpose.
